Robstown Hardware founded
Robstown Hardware Company was founded in 1913. The business has received exceptional support from farmers and ranchers throughout the Coastal Bend.
Robstown Hardware Shifts Focus
Robstown Hardware moved from in town to U.S. Highway 77. Shortly after the move, the company sold many of its side businesses and turned its focus to operating as a John Deere dealership.

King Ranch Inc. Purchases Robstown Hardware Co.
In January of 1981, after serving as company president for 68 years, Harry Nichols retired, and the John Deere dealership was purchased by King Ranch Inc.

King Ranch Inc. Announces Corpus Christi Store
King Ranch Inc. announces the opening of a new retail store in Corpus Christi. King Ranch Ag and Turf will offer quality commercial and residential lawn equipment, compact utility tractors and equipment, small construction equipment, as well as grass sod for yards and landscaping.

New name, new growth. Robstown Hardware rebrands to King Ranch Ag & Turf.

Robstown Relocates
King Ranch Ag & Turf opens a new facility for the flagship store in Robstown, Texas, a 12-acre site on U.S. Highway 77. The dealership is also the largest Camoplast Rubber Track Dealer in South Texas, providing sales and field service for all size track tractors.

King Ranch Ag & Turf’s First Expansion
King Ranch Ag & Turf announces acquisition of Jasper Tractor, and will provide the same quality, products, and service to East Texas.

King Ranch Ag & Turf Acquires Brookside Equipment
King Ranch Ag & Turf announces the strategic acquisition of Brookside Equipment. With the acquisition of Brookside Equipment, King Ranch Ag & Turf will grow to a total of 14 stores.

Two New Dealerships Break Ground
King Ranch Inc. announced the continued expansion of King Ranch Ag & Turf in East Texas, with two new dealerships planned in Livingston,TX and Huntsville, TX.
