Blowers BW-2500-F Front Mount Blower
Our impellers are made from 6061T6 aluminium. They are dynamically balanced for a smooth and vibration free operation.
An aluminium impeller requires less energy at full throttle. Its lightweight construction reduces the load on the belt as the PTO is engaged. This is why our blowers develop superior wind velocity.
Features
Drive system
The belt drive has been completely redesigned to better keep the belts in line for a greater longevity; bearings are located on each side of the pulley. The lightweight aluminium impeller greatly reduces load on the belts. The drive system is backed by a 36 month warranty because of its top quality design and components.
Deflector
The BW2500-F-Elect AgriMetal blowers are available with 90 degree manual deflector allows the operator to blow from the side or in front of the unit. The BW2500-F-Elect AgriMetal blowers are standard with an 180 degree rotation which allows the operator to blow at any angle from left to right. The deflector is electronically controlled from the operator’s seat. Having the ability to direct the air any direction in front of the operator reduces fatigue and increases productivity.
Roller
Another AgriMetal innovation is the large roller on which the blower rides on. Thanks to this roller the blower let you work in the worst conditions without marking or compacting the terrain. In contrast to the competition, the roller will often repair imperfections on the fairways. Furthermore, flat tires are a thing of the past due to the use of the roller. The low decibel series of blowers has been designed for maximum productivity and minimum maintenance; keeping the operator working in the field where he belongs.
Skid plate and 4 in. roller
The skid plate and 4’’ roller eliminate any possible damaged due to backing up with the blower. The revolutionary impeller and blower housing construction of the low decibel series blower is the envy of the industry. No other blower on the market can rival in low decibels and blowing performance. The BW2500-F-Elect and BW2500-FH-Elect are by far the quietest and most powerful blowers in the industry.
